I \"woke up\" one day to realize that I hadn\'t given either of our two A/C systems a routine maintenance checkup in three years. \r\nThe house A/C seemed to be working longer to keep us comfortable. I checked around for someone local to 33625, and much to my luck found \r\nKRONOS Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC, (813) 500-1324, contact@kronosac.com. Livan (owner) and his son John (helper) arrived soon after. \r\nThe evaporator coil for the house unit was completely fouled by dust and lint. After removing the unit, it was clear that our exhaust duct from our\r\nclothes dryer had come loose and was pumping lint directly to the evaporator coil. Livan cleaned the unit and then John crawled into the space\r\n(ah.. youth!) and repaired the dryer ductwork so the evaporator coil would stay clean. Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. \r\nPricing was more than fair, both A/C\'s are now humming happily. If you ever need A/C help and you call them, you will be delighted. \r\nGreat father and son. Ask him about his history here as a member of our community!

I called early this morning after having no AC at all, he was here before 2 PM the same day, he tested everything and was honest about problem and only charged me a small amount and fixed it right away! We are so happy we called him this morning and we will be referring him to our family. Great job Livan and thanks 🙠again the Logan’s
